Noesis Solutions Announces Appointment of New CEO

Leuven (Belgium), May 2 - 2019 – Noesis Solutions, a majority-owned subsidiary of Cybernet Systems and a provider of industry-leading Process Integration and Design Optimization (PIDO) software used predominately by manufacturing and engineering-intense applications, announces the appointment of Ms. Reiko Yasue, CEO and President of Cybernet Systems, as its new CEO. Ms. Yasue succeeds Mr. Naji El Masri.

By means of her extensive expertise and strong professional network developed throughout a comprehensive international business career, Ms. Yasue has been a key contributor to the continuous improvement of Cybernet System's corporate values and the growth of the entire Cybernet Group.
