Japan-based Cybernet Systems has acquired Noesis Solutions, a former LMS International subsidiary. As a distributor of CAE software, Cybernet Systems has been successful in bringing Optimus software to the Asian market. Cybernet will now extend its CAE multiproduct service by integrating Optimus, the multidisciplinary program that leverages CAD/CAE systems. As a result of the friendly acquisition, Optimus will feature even more powerful capabilities while forming a critical component in the integrated software offering of Cybernet.
