We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive (min 3 years sales experience) to work closely with our customers in collaboration with the Global sales team to grow and promote the sales products and services in the field of data driven collaborative engineering solutions. The Sales Executive will be the first line of contact with all new customers and will as well be managing existing strategic accounts in the assigned region. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and current customers (both direct and via distributors) in the DACH region.

- take ownership of the full sales process, from presales to account management, maintenance, and upselling.

- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Devise and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration of existing and new products as well as services in the DACH region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Long term key account strategies for larger accounts and specific plans to ensure revenue growth with all products and services .
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and market presence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed business decisions.
- Sales Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets for products and services for the DACH region.
- Client Acquisition: Achieve a defined number of new client acquisitions within the region.
- Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, leading to strong client retention rates.
- Sales Pipeline: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Sales Conversion Rate: Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to closed deals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and successfully penetrate new market segments or industries within the DACH region.
- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to assist in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Reports to the Global Sales Director
- Works closely in conjunction with entire sales and customer success team.
- Fosters close, cooperative relationships between sales team and personnel in other organizational departments.
Desired skills, qualifications and experience
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the software or engineering solutions industry.
- DACH Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the DACH market, with a proven track record of building and managing client relationships in the region.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Proactive strategic contributions: Proactively contribute to sales and business development strategies
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute positively to the overall company culture.
- Master’s Degree: A Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, and preferably an MBA degree.

- This position requires international travel.
- A valid driver’s license is a must
- You live in Germany (hybrid position), preferably in the Munich area but not a must.
