When the available IT infrastructure consists of multiple CPUs with multiple application software licenses, OPTIMUS Parallel will submit different analyses, including Design of Experiments or Optimization runs over the available resources in a heterogeneous network.
All OPTIMUS jobs are run in parallel, resulting in a significant reduction of the total elapsed time. OPTIMUS Parallel works with third-party resource management systems, such as LSF from Platform Computing, Grid Engine from Sun Microsystems and PBS from Altair Engineering.
