Leuven, Belgium. 1st July 2010 |Today, the Tokyo-based Cybernet Systems, distributor of computer-aided engineering (CAE) software, has acquired the Belgian company Noesis Solutions, market leader in CAE process integration and design optimization software. As a former LMS International subsidiary Noesis from now on operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cybernet Systems.
