2014 Optimus World Conference to take place in Paris

Noesis Solutions announces the 2014 edition of its biannual Optimus World Conference to take place October 14-15 in Paris. The conference builds on the success of the 2012 conference in Munich, which gathered more than 80 design engineers from leading manufacturing companies and research institutions worldwide. It offers engineering teams the opportunity to share successful optimization projects, and learn about the benefits of process integration and design optimization. Industry presenters will show how they apply automated ‘Engineer by Objective’ optimization strategies to differentiate and incorporate targeted brand values.

Conference addressing today’s development challenges

The 2014 edition of the Optimus World Conference will be hosted in Paris. The French capital city with its major rail, highway and air transport hubs is easily accessible for travellers across the world. Paris is not only a convenient location; the City of Light’s impressive landmarks provide an excellent setting for the 2014 Optimus World Conference.

Keynote sessions and parallel track presentations will reveal a wealth of information related to the successful application of process integration and design optimization (PIDO) technologies in various industries. The conference serves as a forum for worldwide research, design and engineering professionals to exchange Optimus project experiences and learn about the latest trends in simulation and optimization technology. In addition, everyone present will have the opportunity to meet Noesis Solutions delegates and CAE software partners, and learn about new Optimus software developments.

‘Engineer by Objective’ customer testimonials

Naji El Masri, CTO of Noesis Solutions marks: “Last year in Munich, we welcomed representatives from leading manufacturers such as Asahi, Audi, BMW, SNECMA, Thales Alenia Space, Tyco Electronics and Volkswagen. They showed how they increase customer satisfaction and product profitability through automated ‘Engineer by Objective’ optimization strategies covering multiple engineering disciplines. Similarly, international delegates illustrated Optimus’ key role in academic research studies and sponsored industrial research projects. We are really looking forward to learn how our growing circle of Optimus customers is dealing with ever-more complex engineering challenges. Also, as we consider openness to be a key Optimus capability, we welcome our CAE software partners to participate in this event – demonstrating the added value their customers create through integrated Optimus solutions.”
